Diana is a U.S. Navy veteran, law enforcement officer, single mother of three, and a published poet. Born in Michoacán, Mexico, she overcame the challenges of immigration, navigating cultural barriers, and securing her residency before enlisting in the Navy. Her military service shaped her discipline and passion for helping others, leading her into law enforcement, where she continues to break barriers as a Hispanic woman in a male-dominated field.
